Teachers gone wild

With allegations coming over the weekend regarding another Mason schools employee being involved in inappropriate actions, the question begging to be asked is, what disciplinary action should be taken against teachers who participate in these activities, ranging from drinking with former students to engaging in sexual acts with under-age students?
