The Lebanon school board will approve on Monday, May 19, the hiring of Clifton Franz as the new principal of Donovan Elementary School. Franz comes to Lebanon from Blanchester, were he served as the principal of Putnam Elementary, a pre-school though third grade building. Laura Michaels, the out-going Donovan principal, is moving to Bowman Primary to serve as the assistant principal. Read Thursday’s Western Star for more about Franz.
