Lakota grad joins Army

Benjamin D. Daughtridge has joined the United States Army under the Delayed Entry Program. The program gives young men and women the opportunity to delay entering active duty for up to one year. The enlistment gives the new soldier the option to learn a new skill, travel and become eligible to receive as much as $50,000 toward a college education. After completion of basic military training, soldiers receive advanced individual training in their career job specialty prior to being assigned to their first permanent duty station. The recruit qualifies for a $5,000 enlistment bonus. Daughtridge, a 2009 graduate of Lakota East High School, Liberty Twp., Ohio, reported to Fort Benning, Columbus, Ga., for basic training in August 2009. He is the son of Kathleen and Sean Daughtridge of Lakota Meadows Drive, Liberty Township.

Freedom isn’t free. The price of freedom is eternal vigilance. Benjamin D. Daughtridge, I salute you for signing a blank check to the people of our United States at whatever your cost may be including giving up your life. The people of our United States owe a debt of graditude to our United States Military Veterans for their unselfish Military Service in times of War & Peace.

When is the actual i phone 5 ( or even the successor of the iPhone 4) supposed to be released? I lost my personal iPhone 3GS a month ago, and I was thinking if I must get the apple iphone 4 now or wait for the iPhone five… Also, I been told the apple iphone 4’s display shatters simply if you fall it w/o an incident. Is definitely that true?
