OHSFCA to offer developmental football combines

The following is a release:

What: the Ohio High School football Coaches Association will offer three combines in March for high school players in the classes 2013-15.

Exposure: Results and evaluations will be sent to colleges throughout the country and posted on MSROohio.com. Participants have the option of not having resulted released.

Cost: $40 day of combines; $35 preregistered.

Combine testing: 40 yard dash; pro shuttle; power ball throw; vertical jump; L shaped cone drill; broad jump.

Registration: 10:30-11:45 a.m.

Combine: Noon-4 p.m.

Combine No. 1, March 11: the Field Sports Arena, 215 American Way, Monroe; I-75, Route 63 exit.

Combine No. 2, March 18: Superkick, 409 Oranepoint Dr., Lewis Center; 7 miles north of 270 on SR23.

Combine No. 3, March 25: Pinnacle Sports, 313 Medina Road, Medina; 3 miles west of I-77; 6 miles east of I-71 on SR18.

Prep Baseball Report to host underclass showcases

The following is a release:

Prep Baseball Report will be conducting two preseason high school underclass showcases in Kettering.

When: Saturday, Jan. 28 and Saturday, Feb. 1.

What: The events will feature underclassmen baseball players classes 2013-15 and will be held at the REB Sports Academy.

Notable: Prep Baseball Report offers outstanding exposure to college baseball coaches as well as online videos and evaluations from pro scouts.

Address: REB Sports Academy; 907 Forrer Blvd., Kettering.
