Fitton Center hosts Camp Creativity, June 21

Registration is now being taken for Camp Creativity at the Fitton Center for Creative Arts.

Summer Camp Creativity is also open for registration and will begin the week of June 21.

Kids ages 8-12 can enjoy week-long themed art camps and teens ages 13-17 can learn Digital Photography, Jewelry Making or Drawing & Painting.

For the musically inclined, Fitton is offering Guitar Camps for students ages 6-Teen with Dave Sams and Music Camp for ages 4-6 with Mr. Pete.

Also new this year, students can participate in exciting Theater Camps (ages 8-19).

Elda Elmentary selects Artists of the Year

This year the art work of four students was selected for Elda Elementary School’s art gallery. The art work was framed and will hang in the art gallery until the students graduate from high school.

This year’s award winners, below, selected by Elda’s art teacher, Pat Kerr are (left to right) First Grade - Carley Townsley , Second Grade - Zach Stewart, Third Grade - Zac Duggins, and Fourth Grade - Grace Merkle.
