Didn’t Josh Smith just add his friend Adam Helms to the payroll? Adam Helms is even staying at Josh’s house until he can find a place. So much for a good example of ethics and budget priorities. Josh also ran off Melissa Johnson thus eliminating the Econ Dev. Department. This guy and the dirty “executive Session” door Council are ruining what is left of the City.
