Electric transformers cause grief in Highland Park

Here’s a sneak peek about an upcoming story about Highland Park’s underground utilities now being above ground. Some residents are upset because the neighborhood isn’t as aesthetically pleasing anymore. What do you think? Attend a meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 14 at Highland Elementary School about this issue.
