Chamber continues campaign against act

Greater Hamilton Chamber of Commerce President Kenny Craig is spearheading a letter writing campaign to the governor in an attempt to defeat the proposed Healthy Families Act, which labor organizations are trying to put on the ballot in November.

I first caught wind of the chamber’s opposition to the bill a few weeks ago. Read about that here. The chamber is concerned that by requiring employers to offer 7 paid sick days, it will negatively impact business.
