F.O.P response to the city
The Fraternal Order of Police issued a statement Saturday in response to the city’s financial crisis.
The response expresses several concerns about the validity and independence of the Decosimo report. As FOP President Brian Robinson says in the response, “The public and all city employees have been duped again. We all just had $50,000 ripped from our pockets for this? Last fall, the FOP had an audit of the general fund finances conducted for about $2,000!”

Why is anyone surprised that Republican businesses are receiving many times the going rate. City Council has been rewarding Lang, Owens, and Flaig. We need the FBI to investigate.By anonymous

Will the three wisemen for the city that received 31%, 26% and 21% last year in raises please give that back before we discuss laying off police officers. This city has completely mismanaged money over the years and now the little man working for the city is going to pay for it. I guess that’s what we get for having retired policemen, building contractors, social workers and attorneys in charge of a multi-million dollar budget. We have no business minded people in charge of the city!
