BRETT HOWARD, Dayton: “He is electable, just because of how popular he is. And he has a good business mind, so people might vote for him just for that reason.”

RICHARD BERRY, Brookville: “No. He may have some good ideas, but he doesn’t have the experience and know-how. It would be hard to be president without having the experience of being a senator or a congressman or a governor.”

He’s really not that good of a businessman folks…he’s filed bankruptcy FOUR times.

By Charles

Yes. His buisness and public support of the U.S. and lack of pandering to those who do not have our interests at heart make him a very viable candidate. Look at where we are with the career politicians. Washington still does not hear the American people. Time for a serious new direction.

Jeanie is right! Trump’s filed bankruptcy multiple times. When you file bankruptcy, someone is left “holding the bag”. When Donald files, he leaves investors and bondholders holding the bag and comes out smelling like a rose. DC would be business as usual with different rhetoric. He’s also spoke out against OPEC concerning oil prices. If you think OPEC sets oil prices you need to do more research.

So let me get this straight. People are actually considering someone who has filed bankruptcy several times (and left investors and others to lose money from those dealings), can’t keep a relationship going, has came out and said how he has screwed people in real estate deals (this basically being his foreign relation experience), and the list goes on and on. So this is what America is looking for in a POTUS. UNBELIEVEABLE!

Trump has flip flopped on the issues, and I’m not convinced he is a true Republican. He contributed more money to Democrats. Also, I don’t agree with him about just taking Libyan oil. I think that would cause more of a hatred for America if he did that. I also don’t like the way he talks about provoking China. We don’t want to wake the sleeping giant who very well could eliminate America. I would vote for the Republican candidate no matter who it is because Obama cannot be reelected or that will be the end of our Republic. There is no doubt in my mind that Obama’s agenda is Anti-American. I also am afraid of the people that Obama has surrounded himself with. Van Jones, Bill Ayers, Union thugs, the way he has been redistributing our tax money OUT of our country, and the way he promotes the Islam religion and their radical laws…I find Obama very scary and a threat to our Republic and our freedoms.

By Squirrellygirl

If you look at the deflation of our dollar and the rise of the price of oil/gas, you will see they are the same. The monetizing of our debt has caused the rising oil/gas prices. Obama would rather make you think it is the evil oil companies, but they make less profit than other companies. We should make the Fed reveal who the banks are and their assets. We should make them stop monetizing our debt now. They’ve done enough damage. The money that is being printed by the fed is being reentered into circulation, and our dollar will be worth 20% less by the time they are done with this round of it.

Squirrellygirl, I find ignorant people like you far more of a threat to our country then President Obama. Obama has hardly “surrounded himself” with people you mentioned, nor has he promoted Islam and their radical laws. You need a reality check. The current lineup of GOP candidates looks like a buffoon-fest.

Trump’s biggest strength has always been self promotion. He will not run. He is doing what he has always done, using and manipulating the gullible media to his advantage, just like Obama does. The election is a long way off, and Trump will become bored, then move on to other things. At least he is asking the questions the press will not ask. The election is a year and 1/2 away, and you barely heard Obama’s name this far out from the last election. Someone will emerge. Jim, why do you have to call names? You may or may not agree with Sq-G, but she reads and does research, and what you call ignorant are points she can back up with facts. Check her statements out, ask her to cite where she gets her opinions before you resort to name calling. You are the one who proven his ignorance with your factless post.

I think Donald’s running will take votes away from the Republicans and could cause Obama to be reelected. If you research Donald, you will find he has donated a lot of money to the Democratic party, so I find it very suspect that he is running for the Republican party. I don’t think he is genuine on his stands. The questions he is asking are not the right ones. He should stick to the issues. But instead he wants to steal Libya’s oil and harrass China, neither idea is very good nor smart. I hope he pulls out before he does real damage to this country. Trump is a possible plant. I hope he’s not elected to run for Republican party, and I hope he doesn’t run as an Independent, it would be bad for America. Really bad.

@ Jeanie, are you serious? Filing bankruptcy four times means he is a good busisnessman. And btw he started out with money from his family. He was never a self made man. It’s a lot easier to have and make money when you start out with a boatload. Please check before making silly come back comments. You must be really impressed by someone because they have money. Which is the kind of people he is looking for to vote for him, should he run for the office of POTUS. Do some research on this guy before you start to adore him.

This country may need someone who knows how to file for bankruptcy. Is there some reason we are repaying our debt to China? All they do is sell us crappy products that fall apart after one use if they don’t make you sick. Bullshit. If I were President Obama, I would come up with a plan to protect Social Security. He needs another signature issue.

It was your precious free market that sold those mortgages, and I suppose you’re feeling pretty good about those defense contractors who scammed you recently? Wow, I would love to have you as my judge after I embezzle a few million. I guess I would be a real “citizen” then, huh?

When ‘@common sense’ refers to ‘your precious free market’ when referring to the mortgage crisis, I’m assuming they have conveniently forgotten that it was democrat policy that forced banks to loan money to people that could not pay it back. Without that little detail, the bad mortgages that sunk the economy would have been practically non-existent. Then it would not have really mattered what was done with the mortgages after they were sold, because they would have been solid investments in the first place… Libtard ignorance never fails to amaze.

SQ has no clue and as far as her diligent research, she picks and chooses what she wants to believe. Most of the wealthy and large corporations donate heavily to both parties, as did The Donald. As far as “having our interests at heart” ask whats left of Trump Corp. stockholders. He raped them. But then again, that would make him a good, viable Republican candidate.

Remember, genius tea partiers, deregulate, deregulate, deregulate? http://news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20110415/tsaltafp/useconomyfinancefraud. The president has a job to do, and Bush did nothing. No one forced those banks to do anything. That was the problem. HERE YOU GO REPUBLICANS: IN A WORLD OF FAST INCREASING COMPLEXITY, BUSH DID NOTHING, AT BEST. IN FACT, HE WAS NEVER AT THE WHITE HOUSE. EVEN WHEN THE S**T REALLY HIT THE FAN IN 2008, HE DID NOTHING. Still happy with the results of laissez-faire economics? What’s your solution, do nothing? I think we’ve tried that.

The policy was inacted to try to free up the requirements to get a loan to buy a home. It wasn’t to be taken to the point to give anyone that breathes a loan for a home. The banking industry did that on their own, and was not forced to dole out bad loans. They all knew what they were doing from the appraisers to the loan officers.

I ask that all conservatives reading this give Herman Cain of Georgia a chance. He’s an “ABC”>>>a black conservative…turned numerous failing companies around that were failing, has loads of “common sense”,(as opposed to liberals “feelings…nothing more than feelings”…add your own music score) understands business, and knows that the U.S. is a business…if you take in more money than you spend, watch your costs, deal with U.S. societal problems with an even hand (IE: common sense), I believe even the hard core “takers” (liberals/progressives, and their supporters, the communists in the administration…Van Jones/Anita Dunn, and others not known at this time) might see that things are looking better with him at the helm. Oh…he doesn’t break into “Ebonics” to make a point. He’s a really good man…a rariety these days.

Obama voted to bail out those banks. And the banks were forced to give loans to people who couldn’t pay them back. Now we have to worry about the FED monetizing our debt to the point where if they continue our dollar will be worth 20% less. We are already feeling it at the gas pump. I think the fact that this administration is sitting on oil permits makes them very suspect as to what their true intentions are for America. I choose to believe Obama’s own words about how his energy policy would make energy prices “necessarily skyrocket”—you have to know that fits into his “green” agenda to get the cars off the road—even at the expense of our failing economy. Very suspect, indeed.

First off, I’m not a Obama supporter. However, would you please explain to me how sitting on oil permits is driving up the cost of gasoline? As of yet I’ve seen no shortage of gas. How will more oil improve the value of my money? Everybody thinks if you’ve got more of something it’s automatically cheaper. That’s not true when the problem is the currency devaluation we are being subjected to by our benevolent government/corporate leaders. (on both sides of the isle with very few exceptions)

Who knows about Trump, but it will soon be leaked to the Press that Barack Obama has chosen Sylvester Stallone for his 2012 running mate, and Nancy Pelosi for Secretary of State. They will run as “Sambo, Rambo, and Bimbo.” That should cover all the black vote (23%), half the gun vote (20%), and most of the radical/crazy vote (8%). This adds up to 51% and gauranteed re-election. Good plan.

“Havent you realized by now thay screaming about terrorist ties Bill Ayres AND NOT BORN HERE DOESNT WORK?” Um, whether or not Obama was born in the US is not settled; however, you can yahoo to find out what Bill Ayers’ past is, and Obama started his political career via Bill Ayers. So…Bill Ayers is an associate of Obama’s, no matter whether Obama acknowledges it, or not. Actually Obama tried to separate his ties with Rev Wright after he was caught on tape saying “GD America” and expressing his hatred towards white people. It didn’t work because Obama attended Rev Wright’s church for 20 years+, so it was hard for Obama to hide that fact. At any cost, I’m more concerned about what the Dictator Obama is doing right now and what he has done to our country. Whether or not he was born in US may never be known because of his access to money to buy people off.

By TrumpMightBeAPlant

Trump might be a plant. He’s diverting conversation from Obama’s social agenda to whether or not he was born in Hawaii…Americans wants someone who is bold enough to bring up important issues but also someone who will bring up the right issues. This is not the right issue. The fact that Trump contributed more to the Democratic party than he did to the Republican party should be a hint. Also a hint is how Trump spoke favorably of Obama. Most Republican abhore what Obama is doing to our country. I wouldn’t vote for Trump because I don’t trust him. I don’t think he has a Republican agenda. I also don’t think Trump cares for Christians much. I certainly don’t care for the way he talks about and treats women. No, I don’t think Trump is an asset to the Republican party, and he could steal votes away from Republicans if he runs as an Independent. I think he’s bad for our country.
