Restaurant Week prices will jump $5 in 2011, to $25.11. Will that change your participation?
JOHN GEBHARDT, Dayton: “Yes. I won’t go out to as many restaurants. I typically would do four restaurants in a week. I’d probably at least cut it back to three.”
STEPHANIE GALE, Fairborn: “I didn’t even know they had it. But if Flemings does it, I’ll try it out.”
JENNIFER KEYES, Kettering: “I can’t say I’ve ever participated. I’ve heard of it, and I always thought it was a good idea. (The extra $5) might make me hesitate a bit, but, depending on the restaurant, it wouldn’t make that much difference.”
JIM KRACUS, Xenia: “That really doesn’t pertain to me, because every week is Restaurant Week. That’s what happens when you retire.”
KAREN DOYLE, Miamisburg: “No, because I never did it before. Most of those restaurants my husband would never go to.”

Eating out is over priced and never worth the money. My wife and I decided we were tired of feeling ripped off whenever we eat out so we dont do it very often

As a server for a participating restaurant, it is still a very good value. Dinner for two where I work is an easy $100 +20 tip. You can have a nice dinner and tip for $80..forty dollar savings
