I had a 3-way tie as my favorite cartoon character. Porky Pig, Daffy Duck, and Screwy Squirrel.

Underdog, one of the first cartoon superheroes. Mighty Mouse was also a favorite.

Anything by Tex Avery: Droopy, Screwy Squirrel, The Car/House/TV of Tomorrow, etc. Behind that was Tom and Jerry and Bug Bunny.
