Heidi Klum’s secret to aging - don’t be too skinny
I’ve always said Heidi Klum was the wise woman on the hill.
You need proof, here you go.
Heidi Klum provides some words of widsom in the December SELF magazine.
Here’s what the supermodel and fashion mogul had to say:
“The ultimate beauty secret for a woman getting older is, Don’t be too thin! It is always better to have a little meat on your bones. When you are just muscle, you end up being gaunt in the face, and that makes you look older by 5 or 10 years.
I don’t think of getting older as looking better or worse; it’s just different. You change, and that’s OK. Life is about change. I don’t have anxiety about it, so I’m not running to get Botox. Maybe that will change, but I don’t think so. I feel comfortable in my skin and comfortable with aging, so I think it’s OK that I get wrinkles.”
”
The magazine is on stands now with Heidi on the cover. She also made the cover in 1995 and hasn’t changed much.
What do you think? Is Heidi right?

She’s thin, but I wouldn’t call her a waif. She’s known for her curves.

A great gene pool doesn’t hurt, either.

She’s right that you should’nt be too thin but I don’t believe this is really the key to staying young looking. I believe it’s all in the genes.
