SNL takes on Brett Favre open fly jeans

Here’s a tag line for you: Real. Open Fly. Jeans.

That’s the pitch of the Saturday Night Live parody of Brett Favre’s Wrangler jeans commercials.

“Nothing works better than the open fly jeans from Wrangler,” Jason Sudeikis as Favre says in the fake spot. “Why let zippers and buttons slow you down.”

The Minnesota Vikings quarterback has reportedly admitted to the NFL that he sent suggestive voicemail message to sideline reporter Jenn Sterger in 2008, Fox Sports senior writer Jay Glazer reported Sunday.

Gawker sports blog Deadspin.com reported earlier this month that Favre sent the message and photos of his penis to Sterger when they both worked for the New York Jets.

Favre still denies sending the the pics. The NFL is investigating him for potentially breaking personal conduct policy rules.

As for Wrangler, they’ve reportedly cut down on the times Favre’s actual jean ads run during NFL games.

My Wrangler needs some good fitting jeans too.
