Do you believe Britney Spears sexually harassed former body guard?
Britney Spears calls her former bodyguard’s claims that she abused her kids and sexually harassed him hogwash, but in a video posted by TMZ, Fernando Flores stands behind his lawsuit.
“I am standing up for what I believe is right,” he said, later adding that he prays for the pop icon and her kids daily.
The reformed (as far as we can tell) party mom’s crew responded to the lawsuit on her website Thursday.
This lawsuit is another unfortunate situation where someone is trying to take advantage of the Spears family and make a name for himself.
The Department of Children and Family Services conducted a proper investigation surrounding Mr. Flores’ accusations and have closed the case without any further action. Ms. Spears and her attorneys have every expectation that this matter will be dismissed by the courts.
Flores is suing for sexual harassment and intentional affliction of emotional distress. He claims the “Gimme More” singer showed him a little too much of herself and beat her children in front of him.
Seems more than a little fishy, but what do you think?

What kind of a moron resists advances from Britney Spears? This guy is obviously lying, because I am pretty sure given the same set of circumstances, approximately 100 out of 100 men would have happily obliged Ms. Spears….God, I love her; what a train wreck.

Whatever happened to being a professional? He was hired as a body guard, not as a bootycall. Perhaps he just have standards and didn’t want to have anything to do with an emotionally immature, and socially stunted, drugged out former diva.

@Seele, you must not have been reading the tabloids lately… Britney has revived her career and has come a long way from the horrible place she was in a few years ago. It’s never been disclosed, but rumored that she was suffering from a treatable mental illness. Her former “manager”, Sam Lufti was isolating her from her family and trying to drug her, presumably to control her finances for his own benefit. Once her parents stepped in to help her, she has recovered her life. Too bad Dina Lohan refuses to acknowledge daughter Lindsay’s problems…
