Williams attorney reportedly said all debts owed will be paid.

Although his star has been rising recent years, Williams has not been able to catch a break in recent months.

He was accused of punching a man in the face in November and has had several run in with the law.

The funnyman was questioned by police in December following a rather strange confrontation with his girlfriend’s family in a Walmart parking lot.

In another odd incident, A 17-year-old boy claimed Williams held him against his will at an estate on Nov. 3.

A few days later, Williams was arrested on charges he stole items from that estate. He was charged with burglary and criminal trespassing.

Williams has denied stealing anything, calling the incident a “misunderstanding between me and two stupid detectives.”

Williams, whose real name is Micah Williams, was born in Cincinnati and raised right here in Dayton.

Williams is best known for roles in “First Sunday,” “Friday After Next, ” the HBO special “Katt Williams: Pimp Chronicles Pt. 1,” and Comedy Central’s celebrity roasts.

Boreanaz admitted Monday that he cheated on his wife, actress and 1999 January Playmate of the Month Jaime Bergman.
