Sandra Bullock adopts a child
The divorce is far from finalized, but Sandra Bullock already has a new man, er, baby boy in her life.
The Oscar award-winning future divorcee introduces her adoptive newborn Louis Bardo Bullock as part of a People magazine cover story.
“He’s just perfect, I can’t even describe him any other way,” Bullock said of the 3-month-old boy born in New Orleans. “It’s like he’s always been a part of our lives.”
Bullock, 45, and her soon-to-be ex-husband Jesse James, 41, started the adoption process four years ago, bringing the tot home in January.
They decided to keep the adoption secret until after the Oscars and then, Jesse James’ sex and Nazi scandal broke out.
Bullock has filed for divorce, citing discord and conflict of personalities without “any reasonable expectations of reconciliation,” according to the Associated Press.
Bullock told People that she finalized the adoption process and is a single parent.
