Lohan was charged with criminal contempt on Thursday, Jan. 28. He was arrested on a similar charge last month.

According to an New York Post article, Lohan allegedly called Erin Muller’s job on Jan. 21, violating a restraining order she had filed against him over harassment claims.

There have been several allegations of abuse between the pair. Lohan has denied he threatening to kill Muller and himself in April if she left him.

In June, a judge said Lohan would avoid prosecution on an aggravated harassment charge if he stayed clear of trouble for a year, the AP says.

Doesn’t look like that has happened.

He is due to appear in court Feb. 25.

Lady Gaga and Elton rumored to perform at Grammys

At least one performance at Sunday’s Grammy Awards won’t bore you to tears.

Rumor has it that Rocket Man Elton John will perform with “Poker Face” singer Lady Gaga at the annual snore-fest.

No word on what song they will sing, but it will surely inject a little blood into the show that will give special props to Michael Jackson.
