Rosie O’Donnell getting new show
Rosie O’Donnell is rejoining the ranks of the professional talkers.
The outspoken comic and activist launches a new show on Sirius XM satellite radio Nov. 2, USA TODAY says.
It will air live weekdays from 10 a.m. to noon on the network with 18.4 million paid subscribers.
“I’m sure I will cause tremendous seismic shifts in the culture again,” the former host of the ABC’s “The View” told the newspaper.
Are you looking forward to Rosie’s return?

I wouldn’t waste my time listening to anything she has to say! Before she became a loud mouth liberal, same sex marriage pusher, and tried to push her views down our throats she was a decent talk show host. When she had her own show she was great but we all found out later she kept her mouth shut so we would still watch and like her. She made me sick when she was on The View! After that fiasco we all should know she has no loyalty to anyone but herself! I will NOT be listening to ANYTHING she ever has to say again!!!!!

I would love to listen but I don’t have Sirius radio. I might not always agree with Rosie’s opinions but she’s a great person and Mom and she does alot of work for children’s causes.

I agree with you 100%, Diana. Couldn’t have said it better myself. There was a time when I thought she was a great, funny person. Then she began being a total a$$hole about so many things. I will NOT be listening to Rosie.

I do not believe that I’m wasting time to post this but Rosie is such a waste of humanity. She has lost all her scruples a long time ago. And she tries to push her ideas about anything down our throats. When I see her on TV I WILL NOT watch it. Diana and American Made could not have said it any better.

I betcha Rosie is happy her parents weren’t gay. She is not mainstream American apple pie, she doesn’t need a show, she needs to deal with her divorce from her same sex partner and what they are going to do with the children they just had to “adopt”.

What a pointless comment. Lots of “straight” parents get divorced.

Sounds like alot of commenters are solely against Rosie because of her sexual orientation. Grow up! If you liked her before she came out, then you thought she did a good job. Coming out as gay has NOTHING to do with her ability to be a good host. And if a TV personality can’t “push” their ideas on us … I would expect that all of you would be so openly hostile to “The View’s” Elizabeth Hasselbeck!

I couldn’t care less who she sleeps with. Rosie is a loud-mouthed, ignorant person who should not be glorified for any reason.

Come on. This is the woman who said a fire couldn’t get hot enough to melt metal (re: WTC collapse). Ummm, Rosie, how do you think they form those I-beams in the first place. Stupid is as stupid does.

The average person does not have the training to express a reasonable opinion on the reasons for the fall of the World Trade Center towers. For example, steel is not required to melt in order to fail. All metals lose strength with applied heat as anyone who has watched a blacksmith work can tell. Many architects don’t have the training to express an educated opinion on the failure of the structures. Most casual observers, like Rosie, can’t understand the collapse so they speculate.

I would say 20 million subscribers to Sirius is pretty mainstream. I think she will be very good on radio. She has strong opinions and is entertaining at the same time. She has to be more entertaining than that windbag Rush .
