What do you think Sarah Palin will do next?
Everyone’s favorite pitbull hockey mom (OK, not everyone’s) announced Friday, July 3, that she’s leaving the governor’s office in Alaska and won’t seek reelection.
This whole thing has left political-types scratching their heads and wondering what the heck Sarah Palin is up to and what will happen to her lipstick.
According to the Associated Press, the former Republican vice presidential candidate hinted about her future in a message on Facebook.com.
“I am now looking ahead and how we can advance this country together with our values of less government intervention, greater energy independence, stronger national security, and much-needed fiscal restraint.”
What does it all mean?
Will Palin run for president in 2012?
Will she join the cast of “The View?”
Will she hunt moose and caribou full-time?
Will she shop, shop, shop until she drops, drops, drops?
Will she become a time traveler?
Will she end up in Congress?
Will she ‘get’ Levi Johnston, Bristol Palin’s baby daddy, when he least expects it?
What do you think Palin’s next move will be?

Palin is too dumb to know that she doesn’t know. She’s so self absorbed and thinks she’s presidential that it’s comical. Time for more Tina Fey.By Dave

I strongly suspect she will found a “think tank” so she can give speeches around the country and have total control of the content, etc. I do not know if this will be successful.By logan

Brillant strategy, Sarah Palin. Instead of listening to the MSM spin machine, I read the transcript of your Friday press conference. I agree with your goals of bringing home the message of fiscal responsibility, energy independence, lower taxes, and stronger national defense. She did not use phony photo ops, read from a teleprompter, and decided that Alaska deserves a full time governor. Unlike President Obama, who become State and US Senator and spent most of his US Senate time on planning and carrying out his President campaign while BEING PAID HIS US SENATE SALARY. Sarah Palin is not going to do that. Some might find this move by Sarah Palin perplexing, but think it is bold, dynamic, and exciting. Sarah has time to raise some funds because she will have to make a bundle to compete and she has the time now to study the national and international issues and policies. Even Colin Powell is worried about the Dem out of control spending. With the message of fiscal responsibility, then many are listening. You go, Ms. Palin.By sassy

Perhaps she has compared her political future and the news media’s desire to destroy her and her family& decided it ain’t worth it. Like many other good folks the abuse by our culture of destruction makes them decide that they will not allow the leftist in the elite media trash their life. She can write a book make some $ and maybe keep her family intact It is sad that the media’s desire for gossip[true or not] makes many qualified candidates gunshy to enter the political arenaBy bub

This woman is scary. She has done nothing but make herself out to be a victim, all while professing this love of country and values. She is manipulative, un-educated, and delusional. The sad thing is that the Republican Party is so weak right now, it will be difficult to keep her out of politics. She’s a quitter. Her victimization tactics are so transparent—it’s baffling that people actually buy into it.By Diane M.

Well let’s just be honest her. Obviously Sarah Palin found out there is an ethics investigation going on that was going to ‘Out Her’ and the corrupt things she has done as Governor. This isn’t about black or white, democrat or republican. This is all about corruption, and unfortunately (as has been known for awhile) Palin is corrupt. I would hope no one wants corruption at the highest office, what would that say about the morals of the person voting?By the Strawboss

How is quitting your job before it’s done bold and exciting? Her announcement was just like her debates, rambling on about talking points that had nothing to do with the topic at hand. It’s smart if she wants a career outside of politics, but delusional for a 2012 run. Her Repub competition that swooned over her for VP will slaughter her if she seeks nomination.By Jerry

Still don’t know what all the fascination is about this woman. When she talks, she only highlights subjects that are rarely on topic. She talks alot, but says nothing of content. Her family is portrayed as a dysfunctional trailer park reality show. She just isn’t high office political material. She has topped out with the governor’s position. Not smart enough to handle anything higher. Surely the Republicans are smart enough not to nominate her in 2012, aren’t they? She needs to stay in Wasilla, tend to her family, wave to Russia, take care of the Palin tribe and fade away into the Alaskan night. It would be good for her, her family and the country.By Mandy

Sarah is a thin-skinned narcissist who is now a quitter. While she may try to run for Pres., her political base is a subset of the still-shrinking Repub. party, so it’s not likely she’ll win the nomination.By sigh

I have apprehensions about some of Obama’s policies too. But I don’t think calling them “failed” after less than six months is fair. Some of his policies aren’t even in effect yet. So using him as a defense to Palin’s stupidity doesn’t work. Why not attack all the repubs and conservatives who voice descent in regards to Palin? Obama hasn’t spoken her name let alone give an opinion.By JKirkwood

Sarah Palin is being run out of town in Alaska. She is not intelligent enough to even know how to relate to the people. I’m sorry she was only chosen as a last resort in the primaries. What a dumb move. Maybe Fox news will hire her.By Missy

Sarah Palin is making a smart move. While the haters will call her a quitter, they would be calling her other things had she stayed in her lame duck office, meanwhile wasting taxpayer money (as well as her own meager salary)fending off frivolous ethics complaints. Sarah Palin is a smart, brash and unconventional leader. Her undeniable ability to motivate the conservative movement is understandably frightening to liberals. Most importantly, Sarah Palin is a mother, and I believe that is her first priority in leaving office. She can earn a much more lucrative living and spend much more time with her family by giving up her position.By w

would love to see the pedigrees of some of you sarah haters (especially you women libbers)—must be tough to look in the mirror after seeing such an attractive female like sarah who happens to be real, honest and capable—and such a threat to insecure males—thus, it makes sense to name call and display such maturity—jealousy is such a terrible thing!By WILLIAM AYERS

I think she made it vry plain. She has a higher calling. And if she follows that higher calling, God will open doors that no man can shut. Shut doors no man can open.He gave us two people to run this country and the people chose the opposite. And we are paying and our children and thetr children will still be paying. But one day wewill see the door open that won’t be closed.By squeak

Who really gives a s**t about Sarah Palin? Her and the entire family are nothing but crooks.Lawbreakers. She had this planned for a while but only resigned when she did to try to take some coverage off of Michael Jackson. Didnt work b***h,so try something else. Maybe ask your daughter to spit out another baby.Or have someone else fired for beating another family member.Or you could just go f**k yourself. Who cares???By Tom

Logan is about the only one with a head on his shoulders. You people think Obama has more experience than her? What is it? What has he done besides bankrupt the country. Liberals care about power, not the constitution. I guess all you people don’t mind paying 60% to 70% of your paycheck to taxes, it’s coming. Wake up people!
