Jon and Kate Gosselin file divorce papers

UPDATE Monday, July 22, at 10 p.m.: Jon and Kate Gosselin confirm on “Jon & Kate Plus Eight” that they are going their separate ways … divorcing.

Read about it here.

Ten years, eight kids and a lot of bad press is apparently enough.

Kate and Jon Gosselin are heading for D.I.V.O.R.C.E, according to People.com.

Well I didn’t expect Kate and Jon were going to worked it out anyways—they were just stalling for time to see if it would be better for them money-wise—maybe they ask for more demands, perks and money if they filed—it certainly had nothing to do with the kids. It’s all about GREED. . Hopefully the next announcement is that the show will be off the air. I have stopped watching the show and hopefully millions of others are doing the same. same.As for the show since hearing

Bummer for their kids…was hoping the big announcement tonight was going to be that they were choosing to cancel the show & work to save their marriage and protect their children.

If they get rid of this show, the Octo mom reality show is about to start to probably replace them unfortunately. Another greed show with no care for the kids

I am with “not a fan”…who really cares. There are more important things going on in this world other than these 2 idiots who chose to put their private life on TV. Sad for their kids though….

Well I am sad they let it go this far. Money is apparently just too hard to let go. I had hope the would cancel and work it out but I guess not. That is going to be so hard on the kids,

Just want to say a couple more things. 1st, I’ve seen the advertisements for to-night’s episode on other stations with Kate saying “That they have reach some decisions—ones that will hopefully bring each of them some peace”—what a crock—if anything it will bring more attention not peace as long as the show is on—which can’t be cancelled at this time probably because they signed a contract(with a money-clause) for doing 40 episodes and if TLC cancelled the show ,I’m sure that they would have to compensate Jon & Kate. Jon & Kate will be rich for life and I mean rich thanks to all of us viewers—if they don’t consider themselves rich they are liars anyone who lives in a million dollar home and gets free clothing, furniture, food, important medical services—such as tummy tucks, hair implants and looks like a boob job plus getting their books printed and publicists and body-guards at no-charge. Oh poor Jon, he may have live at the Trump towers—why not a house with backyard so that his Kids can come and see him—I guess it’s all about the kids—right!

I have watched the show since the beginning. I liked it a lot. For all of you who hadn’t been watching it quit putting all of the blame on Kate. She was the organized one. He was lazy and only did things when she told him to. I feel sorry for the kids in this mess. I hope he can find a big enough appartment in New York to handle his for 8 kids!s she the bad guy and in

I watched about five min. one night and had to turn it off. The fact that people actually watch this crap is what’s amazing. Lets make millionaires out of two idiots. if nobody would tune in, Jon and Kate would be “old news”.

Isn’t the new episode wonderful—Kate complaining on where the houses should go— I wonder if she’ll complain where jon puts his house? From what i just heard, I understand, everyone is getting their own little house— how ironic— Jon will have his place in NY; Kate will her million dollar home and each of the kids will have their own playhouse. Is this a child physcology lesson.

I feel sorry for the children. There are eight children under the age of nine and their parents are getting divorced, with much of their misery being played out on TV. It’s too bad Jon and Kate didn’t end the series and try to work our their marital problems.
