Lull in posts

Over the past few weeks, there’s been a lull in my blog postings. There’s a simple explanation: I’ve been on vacation.

I took a week off after the week after the election, and then a lot of things happened. I’m still getting used to blogging.

I’ve gotten some comments e-mailed to me about a lack of opinion in my postings. We’ll, that’s not really my job to be opinionated. It’s my job to lay out the facts of a story, topic or situation and see what the community thinks about it.

I feel my job is also to continue the conversation from what’s been written in the paper and talked about at meetings.

Now, I will point out things that I find interesting and leave them at that.

As to blogging about the proposed Butler County sales tax, expect one at the end of the day. There’s been a lot going on with that and I intended to blog from the work session, but there was no wireless signal on the ground floor of the Government Services Center.

And for those who care, my vacation wasn’t a real vacation — most of the time was spent painting the baby’s room (due in February). I also power washed my aunt’s driveway.

Expect another lull in my blog postings the week of Christmas and when my second child comes into this world.

Let’s BLOG about Coussoule’s letter to the Editor today. This clown doesn’t get it. He is truly a mental midget in the 8th. The voter’s of the 8th district heard his message loud and clear and CRUSHED his political aspirations. Now he wants to write a letter to all of us telling us that we are wrong? Really? Buy a vowel Justin! He accuses the Republicans of everything but the Lindbergh kidnapping, and anybody that loosely follows Politics can see who is telling all the lies. I hope this idiot runs again in two more years. He can throw away a bunch more of his money, and we can be guaranteed a Republican victory. Justin, you have been kicked to the curb. Get over it!

You’re right AT8, if there were any doubts as to this idiots ability to be a Congressman, they disappeared with the publication of this Article. This guy is a fool.
