‘Norm,’ ‘Floyd’ stump for Jolivette

This event was yesterday, it appears. The release was blocked by our spam filter. But anyways, here is a release from Butler County Commission President Gregory Jolivette’s re-election campaign:

COMMISSIONER GREG JOLIVETTE WELCOMES GEORGE WENDT AND JASON SUDEIKIS TO THE SAVANNAH CENTER

On Thursday, March 25th, Friends of Greg Jolivette will be hosting a fundraiser at the Savannah Center.

Featured guests will include “Cheers” star George Wendt and “Saturday Night Live” star Jason Sudeikis.

Tickets will be available for purchase at the door.

The cost is $50 per person/$75 per couple.

Did anyone attend? How did it go?

This is a prime example that Mr. Jolivette would have to go outside Butler County for support! George Wendt is related to him. I think someone from Criminal Minds would have been more appropriate! Not worth paying that kind of money for someone I DO NOT SUPPORT!

Maybe he promised George a job here between acting gigs.

You would have to be as drunk as Norm was to vote for Jolly. Funny how Wendt’s gigs have been reduced to chicken dances and hot dog stands.

I still like George Wendt. I would like to see him get more acting jobs. I have heard that Woody Harrelson isn’t a very nice person. Ray Combs seemed like a good guy. What is he up to these days?

Greg Jolivette is the most caring and honest person running for office or in office at this time. The fact that a member of his family received a part-time summer job should have no effect on his honesty or integrety. He has become the target of the other politicians to disrtact the public away from the truth. And the truth is other elected officials have put family members and friends in full-time county jobs without any public outcry. In a democracy there is nothing moe dangerous to justice than an ill-informed voter.

It would seem that Jolivette will be as out-of-work just like his B-I-L soon. Both are has-beens.
