Clearly Campbell County is the winner here. They have a good director and we have nothing.

Dear Mr. Turner, Please know you are missed, Hamilton has been flooded with major damage and unlike when you were here we have seen no aid from FEMA, the state or the county EMA. Good Luck in your new position, I hope they know what a good person they have as EMA director.
