COLUMBUS, Ohio - Duron Carter and Keith Wells will not be part of the Ohio State football team for the 2010 season, head coach Jim Tressel announced today.
Carter, a wide receiver from Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., caught 13 passes for 176 yards as a freshman last season. Wells, a defensive end from Gainesville, Ga., who redshirted the 2009 campaign, saw limited action for the Buckeyes as a freshman in 2008.
The Buckeyes will report for 2010 preseason camp on Thursday, August 5.
