JFK’s alleged affair with a White House intern…
The New York Post reports that:
“She always called him “Mr. President” — not Jack. He refused to kiss her on the lips when they made love. But Mimi Alford, a White House intern from New Jersey, was smitten nonetheless.
She was in the midst of an 18-month affair with the most powerful man in the world, sharing not only John F. Kennedy’s bed but also some of his darkest and most intimate moments.
In her explosive new tell-all, “Once Upon a Secret: My Affair with President John F. Kennedy and Its Aftermath,” Alford, now a 69-year-old grandmother and retired New York City church administrator, sets the record straight in searingly candid detail. The book, out Wednesday was bought by The Post at a Manhattan bookstore.
In the summer of 1962, Alford was a slender, golden-haired 19-year-old debutante whose finishing-school polish and blueblood connections had landed her a job in the White House press office.”

JFK was the Wilt Chamberlain of US Presidents. Not bad for a guy with a bad back. At least his women succumbed to his charms, unlike some of those Clinton was hitting on. I don’t recall any of JFK’s lovers coming forward with any complaints about groping, molesting raping, etc. But don’t get me wrong…Clinton lit up the scoreboard pretty good. I have to admit, when Republicans stray it’s a bid deal because they tend to promote a higher moral ground. Democrats have no morals so their affairs are more titillating than scandalous….except when they tell bold faced lies about it.

I remember my mother crying all day when she heard President Kennedy had been shot. Sure there was much that was covered up back then. If Joe Kennedy had been able to convince Bobby to leave off the Mafia, JFK and Bobby probably would not have been killed. I know my mother adored President Kennedy. She would not approve of Obama. She would be fighting mad over his skirting around Congress and especially bothering the Catholic Church. Hold on to your dreams, Mimi. You had something very special.

Is it a coincidence that those recent presidents least associated with extramarital sex (Nixon, Carter) are widely reviled? The truth is Americans love for our leaders to be men’s men and men’s men are notorious for having their way with the ladies. 100% of the outrage over presidential affairs is partisan and invariably hypocritical as the revelations about Newt shagging Calista while impeaching Bill prove.

Explosive tell-all book? About JFK having an affair with someone while he was president? Are ya kiddin’? This is like writing a book entitled, “Water: It’s Wet!” or “How to light a fire using gasoline and a match!” The family kept a penthouse suite in New York specifically for JFK, RFK, and their proud papa to use whenever they were having the mistress over for a romp in the hay. They were taught from an early age that your wife is home and family, but you’re a Kennedy man and therefore entitled to sleep with whomever, whenever, wherever you choose, as long as it doesn’t get too public. I can’t fathom that there is anyone shocked or surprised by this “revelation” in regard to a Kennedy.

Is it possible JFK is just as sleazy as BJ Clinton? My poor Irish Grandmother must be spinning in her grave, she thought the world of JFK. My Dad, however, taught me otherwise….

Sounds like an episode of the Sopranos about a woman who was Tony’s dad’s goomar. She talked about an affair with JFK around the Bay of Pigs. Who know how many he had. The press protected the president then. It wasn’t until Watergate that the press became the watchdog. Now they’re the lapdog of Obama.
