The new book by Glenn Beck is “Being George Washington-the Indispensable Man as You’ve Never Seen Him.”
On page 105 the author poses the question: ” Why is it that some people choose good while others choose evil? God and Satan; Jesus and Judas; Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader.” This is in the section about the treachery of Benedict Arnold. Beck has written the book so that readers will feel that they are right alongside George Washington at crucial moments. I had no idea that GW was even into Star Wars?

To: Vick, Did you skim this book, and only understand the Star Wars references? Do you know enough about George Washington, or the book in question to qualify to make this “Not Quite Ready for a Grammar School Newspaper” review? To: Becky, Joe, and Max…NONE of YOU have EVER read his books, or for that matter, ANYTHING that doesn’t start with a “Number”, “Choose Your…”, or “An Idiot’s Guide to…”… Next time how ‘bout a review which mentions… historical accuracy? new insights? comparisons to present day politician? Just a little “Heads Up” there, Old Top!
