I authored the story, “When Police Patrol First Stepped Across the Color Line”. I want to thank you, Vick, for identifying it as an example of the wonderful reading that can be found on DHBO. It is one of my favorite stories. The DHBO website is indeed a gift to the people of the Greater Miami Valley and beyond.
