My interview with a former spy…

Matthew Dunn was a spy. He admits it. Dunn was an agent for the British intelligence agency MI6. Dunn “retired” 10 years ago. Now he has written his first book. It is a book about a secret agent working for MI6. The novel is called “Spycatcher.” In this story the bad guys are mostly Iranians. In Dunn’s next book in the series the bad guys will be mostly Russians. Do you love a good spy novel?

You can hear my interview with Matthew Dunn this Sunday morning on WYSO Public Radio (91.3fm) at 11. I asked Dunn which organization is superior? MI6 or the CIA? Tune in to hear how Dunn responded…

Anytime those 1000 pages get too much for you, Vick, just let me know. I’ll be happy to pick up the book for you. I know how tired ones arms can get holding those tomes.

Thanks, SR. My job is rewarding but I do have to work hard at it. This past Wednesday I taped 3 different radio interviews. That meant I had to read 3 different books and be prepared to talk about them. In this case 3 books equaled 1000 pages to read. I average a minute a page. If you do the math you can see the time it takes. But I do love it!

I will defininatly be listening to this interview. I have always been an avid reader of fictional spy novels by Clancy, Flynn, etc. It will be really interesting to hear a real James Bond being interviewed. You have a rewarding job Vick.
