Starbucks surges to the top…
“Onward: How Starbucks Fought for Its Life without Losing Its Soul” is the number one best-selling book over on Amazon.com right now.
The book was co-written by Howard Schultz, the CEO and founder of the Starbucks chain of coffee shops. The official publication date is tomorrow and sales are really perking up. They are steaming. Frothing even.
I do love a good cup of coffee. I have tried Starbucks on a few occasions, mostly at airports. When given the choice I almost always prefer brewing my own.
I think I might go brew up a cup right now…

Never been a coffee guy, can’t understand paying the price of a 6 pack for a coffee with an Italian/Latin name. Wife seems to enjoy them.

In a national taste test in 2008 Starbucks came in 4th. Even Sam’s Club coffee beat them out.

Starbucks had a soul? I’m not trolling; I’m just curious.
