I’m not too proud to beg…

I’ll be on the radio today live in the studios of WYSO (91.3fm) between 1 and 3 pm. Please tune in. I’ll be begging. Well, not begging, exactly. Pleading?

It is WYSO’s spring fundraiser. Tune in. I’ll be saying funny stuff. OK? Call in at 800-801-9976.

Also, my recent WYSO interview with Robert Crais for his crime novel “The Sentry,”was just posted on the website for the WASHINGTON INDEPENDENT REVIEW OF BOOKS.

I typed the post and ran right out the door. When I returned I saw all the messages that I had left off a “o.” I would have noticed had I bothered to look before running out the door. But I didn’t. Upon my return it had already been corrected by the proofreaders here at the website. They fixed it before I was even aware I had even done it. I was in a hurry. I did it.Thanks, for paying attention.

So Vick, was it you or your DDN “proofreader” who left the “o” off of “too”?

Dude, you beg better than all the rest. Best of all, you NEVER talk about those “stuck in my car waiting to hear the end of the story” pitches. (Maybe because you don’t have a car.) Also, I saw your last podcast got picked up by the Washington Independent Review of Books. Cool!
