Will Sarah Palin be the GOP nominee in 2012?

Anything is possible. Barack Obama published two best-selling memoirs which helped propel him to the Democratic nomination and ultimately, the White House.

Sarah Palin recently published her best selling memoir “Going Rogue”. Has she ripped a page from the Obama playbook here? Was it publish or perish? Can she be the GOP nominee in 2012?

Is she electable? Do you care? Would you like a cuppa tea?

The Daily Beast lays out how Sarah could be the Republican presidential nominee come 2012. To scope it out click HERE:

irishguy: you’re not sure Palin is ready to be President but, you’re sure Obama is not? I’m not satisfied with President Obama’s 1st year however, to think for a moment that Palin is remotely qualified to be the leader of the free world is beyond even your wildest, most ludicrous comments. You have less credibility than her, based upon this comment. She has her profit motives. You have your ignorance, agenda and blind faith in anti-intellectualism. You often speak of knee jerk liberals. What in the #$%^are you thinking when you suggest she is viable? Be careful what you wish for, you may just get it.

My favorite story about Ozzy is when he got upset at his wife Sharon for installing bubble machines on stage to which Sharon said - their just bubbles its nice. Ozzy, replied - I’m the f’ing prince of darkness I can’t have bubbles. I say we amend the constitution to allow Ozzy to do what ever he wants.

Good one, Blowfly. Ozzy, the guy who bit the bat in Des Moines, that was quite the Iowa Raucous Caucus. I think the birthers would demand Ozzy’s birth certificate. I’m pretty sure he doesn’t claim to have been born in the US. And he also just put out a memoir-“I AM OZZY” is already a best-seller….

Palin was one of the reasons I did not vote for McCain. If she runs, this independent voter betetr see something besides the continued divisiveness she purports. Maybe the DDN is tired of people like you posting about everything but the subject matter, squirrelygirl. It’s their paper, their blog, their right to remove comments from those who can’t respect that.

I sure hope so. It would be great comedy theater. And, can you imagine the damage she would do to the republicans just in the primary alone. It would be the best reality show ever, well next to the Osborne’s that is. In fact, Ozzy would make a great running mate - don’t you think?

OK, Jim. Enter the search term “Sarah Palin” into Google News. There are 16,383 current news link for Sarah Palin on Google News. How many of those 16,383 news stories do you think are originating at the DDN? Do you think that none of these 16,383 news stories are newsworthy, Jim? LOL.

The thought of her running for any national office makes me nauseous. I voted for John McCain in spite of Palin as his running mate.

Not sure Mrs Palin is ready for the highest office, but then, neither is Mr Obama…

It’s all about looks with her, not brains, or content. She has proven to be stupid. Think about it, if she were “butt ugly” you would not even be having this conversation.

Would I vote for Sarah Palin, of course. I think it is too early to think about. She has alot of Conservative ideas that any Republican candidate needs to embrace. Doesn’t necessarily have to be Gov. Palin herself. Who do you think will run for the Democrats, Mrs. Clinton?

I certainly hope Palin will be the GOP nominee for 2012. Other than the small group of Palin worshipers, I doubt that the GOP will be thrilled with the selection. If she is nominated, it will probably reduce their chances of regaining the White House. Can’t see her appealing to the majority of conservatives.

I like how DDN deleted all of our comments along with the article that talked about a few jobs in our area, but then throws this piece of art jewlery out there. Lovely. Yes, I think she’ll probably run, and if I can’t find someone better, yes, I will vote for her. Talking pts. on hand have nothing to do with capability and honesty, both of which I believe she has. Obama—Not so much.
