the mug shot of the week…
The other day I wrote a post; Limbaugh’s Loose Lips Swamping GOP Ships.
There was quite a reaction. No middle ground on that post. Apparently the pundit and radio celebrity Rush Limbaugh is either The Second Coming to some readers or a puffed up wind bag for others.
This blogger took a lot of punches from Rush lovers. I even took punches from readers who seemed intent on emulating the classic Limbaugh style of insult and mockery. There have been 140 comments (so far) on that post. Meanwhile the Limbaugh brouhaha continues to rock and roil the Republican Party.
A lively time was had by all!

Yikes. I’ve been working on a big tree that has crushed all the honey suckles in the back yard. It happened during the big wind storm last fall. I keep expecting one of the bushes to spring back and nail me. On another note, anyone remember the “Ballad of Pretty Boy Floyd”? ‘…the deputy grabbed a log chain, Pretty Boy grabbed a gun, and in the fight that followed, he laid that deputy down….” I couldn’t help but think of that as I was reading these posts. Always take a gun when you get in a log chain fight. Hope you heal quickly Vick so you can back out there and take your vengeance.By vick

It reminds me of the story up here of the guy who got a wood stove to save money heating his house. Then he bought a chainsaw to cut the wood, a big truck to move the wood, a splitter to break the wood up, a boat to get the wood, a prosthetic leg made out of wood….(he forget the operation manual for the chainsaw) he went back to oil heat.By vick
