Report: Ward fined $15K for hit on Bengals receiver

Rookie T.J. Ward of the Browns has been fined $15,000 by the NFL for his hit on Bengals receiver Jordan Shipley Sunday, according to an ESPN report.

Shipley suffered a concussion after being drilled by Ward on an incomplete pass in the fourth quarter of the Browns 23-20 win in Cleveland.
