PBS ‘Generations’ to be taped in Dayton
The host of the national PBS television series “America’s Generations With Chuck Underwood” is coming to Dayton Feb. 15 and 16 to tape two programs. The public is invited to be part of the live audience.
A leader in generational study, a business consultant and storyteller, Underwood will present the life stories of three American generations during the two nights at the Frederick C. Smith Theater in the Conference Center (Building 12) at Sinclair Community College, 301 W. Fourth St.
Goal of the programs is “to bridge the generation gaps at home, work and play.”
On Wednesday, Feb. 15, Underwood will present “GenX: 59,000 Armies of One,” about the current 31 to 47 age group, and “Millennials: The New World,” about ages 18 to 30.
On Thursday, Feb. 16, he will present “Boomers: Forever Young,” about ages 48 to 66.
Advance registration is required. Seating will be first come, first seated. Those attending should be in the theater lobby by no later than 6:45 p.m. Doors to the theater will close at 7. There will be an intermission and the event will end at about 9:30.

One important thing missing from this article: the time of day the tapings will occur. It makes a huge difference, especially to those ages 18-48 who are working.

I hope they pick up the trash thats all over dayton.go and see for yourself.you can’t miss it.
