Justus Seeks Repeat Win at Kil-Kare
XENIA - When the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series late models take to the Kil-Kare Speedway asphalt Friday, veteran Columbus driver Bobby Justus hopes his win last Friday will change his luck from previous weeks.
Prior to his win last week, Justus had not placed in the top five in the five events. Last week’s win has he and his team pumped up as they hope win number two comes their way Friday or soon thereafter.
His last feature win prior to last week was May 29, 2009 when he won the 50-lap Memorial Day Championship even.
Joining the late models will be the modifieds, sport stocks, and compacts.
Adult admission is just $12,12 thru 15 $5, and young fans 11 and under free accompanied by an adult.
Spectator gates open at 6 p.m. with racing at 8 p.m.
